📝Job Description :
As an Events Manager, you will:
Build and own Mytraffic’s overall event strategy and roadmap.
Organize Mytraffic’s presence at major industry events (such as MAPIC, MIPIM, etc.) as well as our own Mytraffic events (around 20 per year) across Europe, managing everything end to end to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness.
Prospect and help identify relevant and high-potential speakers for events.
Come up with smart and creative ideas to engage and entertain guests at events (goodies, special guests, activations, happenings, etc.).
Work with our Growth Partnership Manager to animate our Creator (marketing partners such as media, influencers, partners..) community with special events. It's a new initiative to be launched as part of the new AI product strategy.
Develop creative event content in collaboration with the Content Manager and suggest new initiatives to drive both prospects and existing users to events.
Work closely with the Sales and Client teams to track key metrics, analyze event performance, and ensure effective post-event follow-up and conversion.

Must-have
You’re graduated from a Marketing/Event or Hospitality management school.
You speak and write English and French perfectly.
You have a first experience (2 years) in a similar role with significant experience managing events on site.
Nice-to-have
You're kpis oriented : you evaluate your performance on the basis of reliable and accurate indicators
You’re an exceptional project manager with strong organizational skills: retroplannings, actions plans, and budgets hold no secrets for you.
You’re a believer in high standards, paying attention to communication with impeccable consideration to detail.
You’re autonomous, proactive, and creative
Having worked in the Retail or Real Estate industries would be cherry on the cake!
