🏠 Remote Policy
The well-being of our employees is paramount, so we offer all our employees remote working to ensure a good life balance and daily flexibility.
In our offices, we offer our employees 1 or 2 days of remote work per week.
In addition to this weekly remote working, we offer two weeks of full remote working per year (consecutive or not) to each of our employees
We also offer full remote work to Tech and Product profiles in Spain

1. MyTraffic Academy: An Immersive Start
From day one, we provide you with all the tools to succeed through our Mytraffic Academy. Over three days, you’ll dive into the world of Mytraffic: our mission, processes, product, and culture.
The goal? To give you a clear understanding of your role and ensure you become fully operational quickly. It’s the perfect opportunity to start strong, with confidence.
2. The Manager Academy: Helping Managers and Teams Grow
The Manager Academy is a dedicated program designed to support managers in both their professional and personal development.
⭐️ For managers – This quarterly training strengthens leadership skills, enhances communication, and provides solutions to common team management challenges. It equips managers with practical tools to inspire, guide, and drive their teams toward success.

Engagements & RSE 🌳
MyTraffic has launched Citizen days to increase its social impact. They now offer 4 days/year to each employee to get involved in an association.
To help their employees find the right mission, they have provided them with a great engagement platform, Day one, which references over 100 associations and 300 solidarity actions.
Mission @ La Villette
Two MyTraffic employees spent half a day at La Villette serving hot meals to over 500 homeless people, supported by the charity L'Un et L'Autre.
L'Un est L'Autre also aims to help with social (re)integration.
It works in coordination with two other associations (Resto du cœur and Chorba) to ensure that food is delivered every day to people in need.
